hi.. i have a problem on my itouch, it freeze like 4 times.. it freezes especially when im playing(taptap)

can i return it? i just bought it last week of february.. i still have all the equipments and the reciept.. what should i do before i return it?

do i have to erase all the files in it?

freezing is likely caused by content. If you have music that you have acquired from sources other than Itunes or copying them off of your own CD's, that is what is likely causing the problem, try restoring your ipod through itunes and using it without any music or movies loaded... that is a sure way to tell what is going on with it.

 but if it doesnt work?? can i still return it for exchange?

 my songs are from the net that i download.. i dont have videos in it.. just games and musics..
