You will need your receipt and then call your local Future Shop and they will be able to assist you. If you end needing it fixed then you will either have a technician come to your house or you have to drop it off to the store. If it needs to be replaced, then you get a new TV plus your warranty will be considered fulfilled. For the new TV you will have the option to purchase a new warranty.
