Yes - Future Shop can provide you with all the cables you need to connect this home theatre system to your existing TV and (if you use one) satellite/cable box.

Before going out to buy the cables - you will need to know what vidoe input connections are available on your TV. If your TV supports HDMI input, that would be the preferred connection method. An almost equivalent second choice would be a component video connection (which uses three separate cables and connectors on each end). Last choice would be a composite video connection (which uses a single cable and connector on each end). Your new Sony system supports all three of these video output options.

If you have a cable/satellite box, you will want to connect the sound output of that box to your Sony system. Your Sony system support both optical digital and coaxial digital sound input, and either option will work just fine. If your cable/satellite box provides both options, I recommend you use the coaxial digital connection.

Finally, if you don't use a cable/satellite box (in which case you must be using either an antenna with your existing TV or you have basic cable TV service connected directly to your TV) you may want to consider connecting the sound output of your TV to your Sony system in order to take advantage the fact that its speakers are probably of much better quality than those built into the TV. Again, which cabling option you choose depends on the sound output options of your TV - typically right/left analog, but on better TVs there may be optical digital or coaxial digital outputs.
