Hello,
First off, Thank you for posting here on the forums!
What software are you trying to install?
Have you verified if it compatible with your Version of Windows ?
are you using 32 Bit Operating system or 64 Bit?
If you could provide more details on the software your trying to install, I will keep an eye on this post and try to get back to you in a timely manor ![]()

I'm guessing your download is corrupt. If you have already tried running the program as an admin and in compatibility mode, then remove the program and try re-downloading it.
Let us know what happens when you do this.

To add on to the other posts here - if you're original download was corrupt it can sometimes remain in the temporary internet files and cause subsequent downloads to be corrupt.
You can try clearing your temporary internet files in IE 7 or 8 as follows:
- click "tools" in the top right corner
- select "internet options"
- In the "general" tab click the button that says "delete..." in the "Browsing History" section
- When the new window pops up click "delete files..." in the "Tempory Internet Files" section to clear this cache
If you're using a different browser please list it here and we can provide alternet instructions for clearing the tempory internet files
Thanks,
M
