Hi everyone,
Very happy to announce that Tim Reinert is the latest member to our Tech Blog team (TimR)! A movies & music aficionado, Tim is the music buyer for us here at Future Shop, and also a very talented (read: hilarious) writer. You can expect to be entertained with his musings on the the latest blockbuster or megawatt pop star album.
Here's a bit more about TimR:
Tim Reinert has been
involved with the Canadian Entertainment Retail industry in various positions
for different retailers for 15 years. Formerly the manager of one of the
largest and most respected music and movie stores in the country, he is now the
music buyer for 2 national retail chains - one of them being Future Shop. He has been a concert MC for the Vancouver
International Jazz Festival for over 10 years, and was recently a member of the
Juno Awards Nomination Committee.
He subscribes to
Duke Ellington's adage about music criticism: There are 2 types of music.
Good music, and the other kind.
