Thanks for posting your question and joining the community You did not state which operating system you are on. Also, you may want to download the latest software/drivers for your device here. This is taken directly from the MS help file for your device. I do not own one of these cameras, so I cannot say for sure. But this looks like it should work To change the LifeCam resolution - Click the Microsoft LifeCam Dashboard button, and then click the Settings tab
. - Under Resolution, in the Select a photo and video resolution list, click the resolution that you want. (The default video resolution is 640 × 480 pixels.)
To take a high-definition photo to print - Click the Microsoft LifeCam Dashboard button, and then click the Settings tab .
- Under Resolution, in the Select a photo and video resolution list, click the resolution that you want. (The default video resolution is 640 × 480 pixels.)
